The small print
Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.
Every order on this site is a contract between you and Azwill Trading, No. 214, Galle Road, Wellawatte, Colombo 06, Sri Lanka.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the order confirmation email, not at the moment of checkout.
All prices are in Sri Lankan rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is added at checkout unless your order qualifies for free delivery.
Stock figures are live but not reserved until an order is placed. If something sells out between your order and dispatch we will contact you within one working day to offer an alternative, a wait, or a full refund.
We correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch rather than silently cancelling.
Fitment data on product pages is confirmed by us for the models listed. If your vehicle is not listed, ask before ordering — we will check and tell you honestly.
If we confirm a fitment and get it wrong, we cover the return both ways. If you order a part for a vehicle it was never listed for, standard return terms apply.
Fitting quoted at checkout covers a standard installation. If we open the car and find pre-existing damage, non-standard wiring or a previous bad install, we stop and call you with a revised quote before doing anything further.
Workmanship on anything we fit is guaranteed for twelve months. Modifications may affect your vehicle manufacturer's warranty — that is between you and them, and we will tell you where we think there is a risk.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex, bank transfer, cash on delivery up to Rs 150,000, and 0% instalment plans on selected cards.
Title in the goods passes to you when payment clears in full. Risk passes on delivery.
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and for work carried out with reasonable skill and care.
We are not liable for loss arising from incorrect installation by a third party, from use of a product outside its stated rating, or from modifications made after our work.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Colombo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
