Seven days to change your mind, and a warranty you claim here rather than shipping abroad.
You have seven days from delivery to change your mind about anything, for any reason, provided it is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.
Start a return by contacting us with your order reference. We will confirm the return address and, once the item arrives and passes inspection, refund to the original payment method within five working days.
Fitment is our job to get right. If a part does not fit the vehicle it was ordered for, we cover the return courier both ways and either exchange it for the correct part or refund you in full.
This applies even outside the seven-day window, as long as the part has not been fitted or modified.
If something fails, bring it in or send it back and we will diagnose it at our cost. A genuine manufacturing fault gets a replacement, a repair or a refund — your choice within the first thirty days, and a replacement or repair after that under the manufacturer's terms.
We do not ask you to deal with the manufacturer. That is what buying locally is for.
Warranty periods are listed on every product page and range from six months to lifetime cover depending on the item. Branded lines carry the manufacturer's international warranty, honoured by us here in Colombo.
Products branded AZWILL are warranted directly by us. Keep your order reference — it is all we need, no paper card required.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover accident damage, corrosion from incorrect fitting, water ingress on items rated for a lower IP class than they were exposed to, or normal wear such as tyre tread and brake pad friction material.
Anything we fit is guaranteed for twelve months on workmanship. If something we installed comes loose, rattles, leaks or fails because of how it was fitted, bring it back and we make it right free of charge.
