Delivery
Rates, timings and how we handle the awkward items. No surprises at the door.
Four ways to receive an order, chosen at checkout:
Orders placed before 1 pm on a working day are picked, checked and handed to the courier the same afternoon. Anything after that goes out the next working morning.
We do not dispatch on Sundays or public and poya holidays. Bank transfer orders dispatch once the payment clears, which is usually the same working day if you send the slip promptly.
You get an order reference the moment the order is placed, in the format AZW-XXXXXX. Enter it on the tracking page at any time to see progress. Once the courier collects, we email their tracking number as well.
The courier calls the mobile number on the order before delivery. If they cannot reach you they will attempt again the next working day, and hold the parcel at their depot for seven days after that.
Alloy wheel sets, tyres, exhaust systems, roof racks and subwoofer enclosures ship on a freight service rather than standard courier. Delivery outside the Western Province can take an extra working day, and we will call you to confirm before dispatch.
Tyres and alloys ordered with fitting are held at the workshop rather than shipped — there is no sensible way to balance a wheel at your gate.
Check the parcel before you sign for it. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and photograph it before opening.
Report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace the item at our cost. This is our problem, not yours.
Where fitting is selected or included, we call within 48 hours of the order to agree a slot. Most jobs are completed the same day and many while you wait.
Some work needs the car for longer — a full projector retrofit involves baking and resealing the housings and is usually an overnight job. We tell you before you commit, never after.
